Browsing Necroscope zine I came across a band that got my attention - OGRE from Japan. It's that kinda stuff that you can't deny - fast black-thrash-metal old Slayer style windmill and circle pit mosh! Just what I needed today after being (sorry) a little let down by the latest Genetic Mutation album being just quite a bit too close to Municipal Waste (I'll give it another listen, I'll get into it, it's good I'm sure)
Anyway...OGRE! They list HELLCHILD as one of their major likes, that's one of my fave Japanese bands too! (Along with Abigail, Displaced Person, Sigh, Outrage....fuck, Japan just rocks!)
