Got a message from my man in Indonesia - the punx have been released, or at least some of them (he was not specific).
In the next day or so I will bring you an interview with the arrested Indonesians, get to hear it from their side.
Of course even if they have the freedom, people are still working to get back money for their clothes, for lost wages and to contribute to them to show their support. One such cause is the PUNK AID: JAKARTA CALLING CD

My own band CRYPT OF THE ZOMBILORD are on the CD and with the backing of punx all over doing the same thing we are looking for gigs in Sweden to help out this cause (raising money for the Indonesian label to release the CD - money from which goes to the punx who were arrested).
Written to about 50 bands and places, Sweden being what it is "the punx" talk the talk but do not walk the walk, so...they have just ignored me for the most part (I'll share a link on Facebook but I won't get off my ass or do anything else productive) . Apart from MASSGRAV, KONTROVERS, VÄRMLAND HARDCORE, GANG CONTROL and Per over at KLUBB KRONSTADT who have all shown an interest. So if you're a Swede and DO care and want to help out trying to organise a gig, a band that can play or know someone that fits into the above...mail me!
