PUNKS IN INDONESIA "CURED AND CONVERTED"

Since getting in touch with more and more people all over the world I have noticed that Indonesia is one of the places that looks like it has an awesome punk scene - I did wonder why but now it all makes sense....they have that "something to fight against"

This week police invaded a punk concert, weapons out and "arrested" around 60 punks and shipped them off to a camp where they threw away their punk clothes, cut their hair and made them wash.

Indonesia's religious overbearing apparently has something against punks.....open minds maybe? The punks will be withheld for "moral rehabilitation" before being allowed to go home.

None of the kids arrested had committed any crime, they were just looked down upon for being different.
