An advert for the new album by VENOM. This tells me that....someone, possibly more than one person actually put some thought into this but....well, let's discuss.
"From the very depths of Spinefarm". Spinefarm have lots of bands on their label, Beherit, Children Of Bodom, DragonForce, Killing Joke, Nightwish, Rammstien, Satyricon.... So one would wonder why Venom's new album comes "from the depths"...? As in very deep down. Surely a new album from such a legendary band would come from the top! If it's from the depths then it must have:
A) Been put in the depths in the first place
B) Gone to the depths itself.
Very strange.
Point the second, the phrase: "Still drinking the vomit of the priests". Why on earth would Venom do this?
"Beer Cronos?"
"No it's ok, do you have any priest's vomit?"
Surely, Venom are an evil, satanic band, they would go to churches and vomit themselves and then get the priests to drink it.....not the other way round, seriously, who wants that!?! The drummer might choke on it for a start.
PR team....you're fired!

I believe that "The very depths of Spinefarm" is a reference to how Venom used to start their shows with "From The Very Depths OF HELL, VVEEENNNOOOOM"
...and someone else told me that the "drinks priests vomit" is also a lyrics reference.
Well who ever did the advert shouldn't be so clever! Some thick people like me might be reading! =)
